Most of our orders are for next day delivery. In order to qualify for next day all orders must be placed before 1pm and do not include weekends. For instance, if you place your order before 1pm on Friday your delivery will be on the following Monday. If you place your order after 1pm, or on Saturday or Sunday, your delivery will be on Tuesday (excluding bank holidays)

International Shipping

We offer international shipping. Please note shipping times will vary a lot and we kindly ask up to 28 days.

We try our best to ship our orders so you incur no custom charges. However on occasion there can be customs charges which are unavoidable. The customer will be responsible for any fees.

Returns

Items can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. The buyer is responsible for the return postage cost unless it has arrived damaged. All items must be returned in original packaging and brand new condition. Please contact us prior to sending the item back so we can give you a returns reference number.

If an item is received damaged it must be signed for as damaged on the delivery note. Replacement parts are sent out free of charge once we have images of the damage and the part numbers.

Any returns are solely at the buyers cost. The buyer is responsible for the returns cost of any items they wish to return due to any damages caused in transit.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items or where a discount code has been used cannot be refunded.
